Before protection can be applied, there's work to be done.  But it's brand new?  It doesn't need polishing!

Unfortunately this is most often not the case.  You would expect your new car to be delivered in showroom condition with exceptional care and flawless paintwork.  Perfect and new with nothing to hide.  Look closer and in the right light and you will notice your brand new vehicle is likely far from perfect.

We have seen it all.  From re-sprayed panels, factory induced machine buffer trails/ holograms and minor scratches/marring..  Whether it's a $30,000 commuter or a $250,000 super car it's nice to know the full story.

Damage at the factory in the assembly line, poor storage conditions and during transport is all too common and when paired with inexperienced, unskilled PDI preparation at the dealership we often see a variety of defects and flawed surfaces that need attention.  Most commonly seen in the form of buffer trails and holograms, fine scratches and surface marring, bird lime etching, industrial fallout and factory induced sanding marks.  Paint issues such as re-sprayed panels, fish eye and over-spray are also seen on occasion. 

When purchasing a new vehicle you're likely to be offered the in house paint protection packages.  Claims such as "years of protection", "no maintenance" and "no polishing" sound good but in reality are poor value for money.  These products  are often applied incorrectly and over poorly prepared paint finishes as the in house service "detailers" are given strict deadlines with little to no training on how to properly prepare and protect the surfaces of your new vehicle. 

Our New Vehicle Detail typically takes 2-3 days.  Any less and you sacrifice proper preparation and protection.  Using the finest tools, chemicals and coatings in the industry, we  first inspect your vehicle thoroughly and map any damage or defects that need correction prior to applying any surface protection products.  Protecting your vehicle for years is a reality when left in the right hands and your paintwork will receive unrivaled shine, UV and chemical resistance,  a slick hydrophobic surface that is easier to clean along with being dirt repellent and swirl resistant.

Our New Vehicle + package takes your vehicle a step further with a wheels off coating including the inner barrels.  Interior fabric protection and leather coating as well  a water repellent window treatment.

To reduce the need for more costly paint correction it is strongly advised to request that the dealership does not touch your vehicle prior to delivery.  No wash, no polish.  In doing so you minimize the amount of swirls and fine scratches that are present on the paint from bad contact during their preparation stages.
